A Zapier automation with one trigger and two or more actions that all execute sequentially when the trigger fires.

Multi-step Zaps are where automation really gets powerful. Instead of just doing one thing when a trigger fires, you can chain 5, 10, or even 20 actions together. For example: when a new order comes in (trigger) → create a customer record in HubSpot → add a row to a tracking spreadsheet → send a Slack notification to fulfillment → send a confirmation email to the customer → add them to an email nurture sequence. All of this happens automatically from a single event.
